Kia is the Director of New Business Operations for Melnick Rosenbaum Wealth Management. She primarily focuses on establishing relationships with clients and processing all new business. In addition, Kia helps develop and implement marketing plans to better achieve organizational objectives of the firm. Kia graduated from Towson University in Fall 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Management and E-Business. In her free time, Kia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to the beach, and shopping.
